Admission & Withdrawal

  • Admissions to all classes are based on the availability of seats and other conditions that the management may deem fit to prescribe from time to time.
  • Documents to be Submitted for admission

  • LKG, UKG & Grade I : Original Birth Certificate and a photocopy of it. Original will be returned after verification.
  • Grade II : Transfer Certificate (For Class II onwards) & report card for the school last studied. The admission will remain provisional till all the required documents are submitted to school.
  • Direct Admission (Grade X, XII) : For students seeking direct admission to class X, XII a copy of their CBSE registration card, report card along with transfer certificate to be submitted. The admission will remain provisional until the CBSE approves it.
  • Please Note

  • The decision of the principal / designate shall be final for all admissions.
  • Age Limit: The child should have completed 2.5 years as on 31st of March for Pre-KG. The child should have completed 3.5 years as on 31st of March for LKG. The child should have completed 4.5 years as on 31st of March for UKG. The child should have completed 5 years as on 31st of March for class - I.
  • For all classes up to Grade VIII, an interaction with Principal is necessary for Admission. Admissions from Grade IX onwards are processed with written tests followed by an interaction with Principal.
  • Withdrawals are allowed on application of Transfer Certificate by the parents/guardians. Signatures of both parents are required on the application.
  • Withdrawal

  • Application for transfer certificate is to be made not less than 8 weeks before the required date. If a parent desires to withdraw a child from the school towards the end of an academic year, he / she should submit an application seeking Transfer Certificate before 31st January of that year. The TC will be issued in the last week of March after the examination results are declared. Transfer certificates for children withdrawn are not issued until all dues are settled.
  • Transfer applications made after 31st January of that year, will not be processed unless fees and all dues are paid fully by the parents as per school policy set by the management. Exception may be made in case of sudden transfer of Government employees or defence personnel.
  • Please Note

  • Repeated absence without leave letter or unexplained absence for more than ten consecutive days renders the student liable to have his / her name struck off the rolls; re-admission may be granted only on special cases.
    No re-test or re-exam will be conducted for absentees whatever may be the reason. To be promoted at the end of the academic year, attendance of the student will also be taken into consideration.
