Rules & Regulations

  • Punctuality is first and foremost. Latecomers will be allowed to attend classes only with permission from the principal.
  • Students who come to school escorted shall not leave before the escort arrives.
  • Any act that disturbs the rules and principles of the school will be viewed seriously.
  • English must be spoken in classrooms (except in language classes), on campus, and on buses.
  • Home assignments, tasks, record books, and projects should be submitted within the prescribed time.
  • Birthday celebrations are NOT allowed on campus. Parents are advised NOT to send sweets, chocolates, etc., with children during birthdays and celebrations. Children are not permitted to wear colored dresses on birthdays. The exchange of gifts and birthday bumps inside the school premises is forbidden. Instead, saplings or books for the library can be gifted on birthdays.
  • Moving in and out of classrooms between periods should be done in an orderly manner.
  • Parents are allowed to speak to the teachers only by prior appointment and during PTM.
  • It is advised not to send the fee amount through wards. Sending fee amounts or cash for any other school payments through any admin, academic/service staff is not allowed. In the event that payments are sent through any representative, it should be accompanied by an authorization letter. The school will not be responsible for any late payments by a representative.
  • Students are not allowed to entertain teachers with gifts.
  • Students are not allowed to bring/wear valuable items like Gold, Diamonds, Platinum, etc.
  • Money should not be sent to the school unless a written request is made by the school.
  • Students who bring money for private travel should deposit it in the office and collect it in the evening.
  • Students are not allowed to bring any digital devices, laptops, Mobile phones, iPods, iPads, Digital cameras, Memory & Storage devices, etc., If found, they will be confiscated.
  • A high standard of conduct and behavior is expected of every student in speech and action in all their manifestations. Students are expected to always be polite and to greet members of staff whenever they meet them.
  • Discourtesy to staff, visitors, and fellow students are to be avoided.
  • Bullying and the use of foul language will be viewed seriously.
  • Students are expected to respect school property. They are forbidden from causing any damage to the furniture, building, or any other school belongings. They should not litter, and they should keep the campus clean and tidy at all times.
  • Students using unfair means during examinations/contests/tests will face disciplinary action.
  • The use of chewing gum and any form of tobacco product is a punishable offense.
  • Tattooing is not allowed.
  • All students are expected to attend school regularly and punctually. Every student is required to attend not less than 85% of the school’s working days.
  • Taking leave on Sports Day, Independence Day, School Day, Republic Day, or other school functions will be viewed seriously.
  • Attendance to the sessions and all the activities of the school, including field trips, and participation in curricular or extracurricular activities is compulsory.
  • Leave shall be taken only with the prior sanction of the class teacher and principal.
  • If leave is taken due to urgent or unforeseen circumstances, a post-facto sanction is to be taken within 2 days of the student joining the school.
  • If a student takes leave for more than three consecutive days, a written intimation should be sent to the principal on the fourth day.
  • Those absent due to sickness must present a medical certificate within 3 days of their absence through email, or to the school office.
  • A child returning to school after suffering from an infectious or contagious disease should produce a fitness certificate from a doctor.
  • Students suffering from any one of the following diseases must observe the prescribed period of quarantine before returning to class.
    • Chicken Pox – Till complete falling of scabs
    • Cholera: until the child is completely well.
    • Measles: Two weeks after the rash disappears.
    • Mumps: Until the swelling has gone.
    • Whooping Cough: Six Weeks.
    • Jaundice: Six Weeks.
    • Viral Infections (COVID-19, Common Cold, Flu, etc.): Prescribed medical advice.
    • Any other health issue, as per the medical advice
  • Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than ten consecutive days renders the student liable to have his or her name struck off the rolls; readmission may be granted only in special cases.
  • No retest or re-exam will be conducted for absentees, whatever the reason.
  • To be promoted at the end of the academic year, the student’s attendance will also be taken into consideration.

Admission & Withdrawal

Admission & Withdrawal:

  • Admission to all classes is based on the availability of seats and other conditions that the management may deem fit to prescribe from time to time.
  • The decision of the principal shall be final for all admissions.
  • Age Limit: The child should have completed 3 years as of the 31st for Pre-KG. The child should have completed 4 years as on the 31st of March for LKG. The child should have completed 5 years as of March 31st for UKG. The child should have completed 6 years as of the 31st of March for class I.
  • For all classes, a written test is conducted in English, math, and the II language. All tests are followed by interaction with the principal.
Documents to be submitted for admission:
  • LKG, UKG, and Grade I: original birth certificate and a photocopy of it. The original will be returned after verification.
  • Grade II to Grade XI: Copy of birth certificate, transfer certificate (for Class II onwards), and report card from the school last studied. The admission will remain provisional until all the required documents are submitted to the school.
  • Direct Admission (Grades X and XII): For students seeking direct admission to classes X and XII, a copy of their CBSE registration card, and report card along with a transfer certificate are to be submitted. The admission will remain provisional until the CBSE approves it.

Withdrawal
  • Withdrawals are allowed on the application for the transfer certificate by the parents or guardians. Signatures of both parents are required on the application.
  • An application for a transfer certificate is to be made not less than 8 weeks before the required date.
  • If a parent desires to withdraw a child from the school towards the end of an academic year, he or she should apply for a transfer certificate before the 1st week of January of that year.
  • The TC will be issued in the last week of March after the examination results are declared, provided all dues are settled.

Bus Information
  • The school transport facility will be considered only in a separate application. It may not be possible to provide a transportation facility to all applicants.
  • It will be the parent’s responsibility to ensure that their wards use the correct route number and stage both ways.
  • Students have to be at their stipulated pickup and drop points 2 minutes before the assigned time. Pickup and drop-off times may vary depending on the traffic.
  • Students using the school bus should maintain discipline on the bus. They must remain seated and avoid putting their hands or heads outside the window.
  • Parents are requested not to give any instructions to the drivers or conductors about route, direction, etc., and to be on time at their stop.
  • Any difficulty or problem faced by the parent in school transport should be reported to the school office, and no direct communication with the drivers/conductors will be entertained.
  • Parents or students should not give any letters, packages, etc. to the driver or conductor to be handed over to school staff.

  • Class III to XII: Working Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Pre-KG to Class II: Saturdays are holidays.
  • Any changes will be notified through the almanac/website/WhatsApp.
