<ul>
<li>Application for transfer certificate is to be made not less than 8 weeks before the required date. If a parent desires to withdraw a child from the school towards the end of an academic year, he / she should apply for a Transfer Certificate before 31st January of that year. The TC will be issued in the last week of march after the examination results are declared. Transfer certificates for children withdrawn are not issued until all dues are settled.</li>

<li>Transfer applications made after 31st January of that year, will not be processed unless fees and all dues are paid fully by the parents as per school policy set by the management. Exceptions may be made in case of sudden transfer of Government or defence personnel.</li>
